1. Explore clubs and groups
Open Discover in the app and look for a club or group that suits you. Read its information and membership arrangements.
2. Join where appropriate
Use the group’s joining option. Some requests need an administrator’s approval. Joining one subgroup does not join all its sibling sections.
3. Read the whole event
Check the venue, date, time, eligibility and fees. A public calendar entry might be a course notice or members-only activity.
4. Follow the booking button
Use Golf NZ for normal club bookings, another provider when named, or RoundUp when the organiser offers registration there. Information-only events have no RoundUp booking.
5. Check for changes before travelling
Read special-event and course-availability notices. If a regular session needs confirmation, contact the clubhouse before attending.
6. Find your bookings and help
My Days shows RoundUp bookings and attendance. Check Golf NZ for bookings made there. Use Help & Support for problems with RoundUp.
A course closure is useful to every player, even if only a visiting team can enter the event causing it.
