RoundUp Golf
Discover clubs, groups and events beyond your usual circle. Check what is happening, who can take part and how to book before you head to the course.
Look for a social group, a club section, a workplace crew or a touring group. Read the group information and its joining arrangements before requesting membership.
Explore club days, social rounds, competitions and fundraisers. Check the actual venue: a touring group may be playing away from its home club.
A shared calendar can show a restricted or unavailable course even when the event itself is private or members-only. Seeing a listing does not give you permission to enter.
Use My Days for RoundUp bookings and attendance. Bookings made through Golf NZ / DotGolf remain with that service; they are not automatically imported into RoundUp.
Look for an activity that welcomes beginners or juniors, then contact the organiser about age suitability, equipment and supervision. A coaching notice helps you discover the session; it does not itself register a place.
Open RoundUp and use Discover to find a club or group. Use your own account when joining a group, responding to an event or managing your activity.
Check the date, start time, venue, eligibility, competition fee and payment instructions. A members-only event can still be visible to other golfers.
Follow the Golf NZ or other external booking link, choose a RoundUp tee time if offered, or confirm attendance. An information-only notice does not take a booking.
Look for special-event notices and schedule changes. If availability is uncertain, call the clubhouse before teeing off. A regular weekly session does not override a dated closure.
Use the event’s Golf NZ booking button for normal club booking. Continue in the provider’s website or your Golf NZ app and check your booking there.
Use it when the organiser has made places, attendance or tee times available inside RoundUp. Follow the event’s eligibility and any joining requirements.
Read the notice and any clubhouse instructions. It may describe coaching, a mass start or a course closure without offering online entry.
Read where and when to pay. A fee displayed on the event does not mean you have paid it; Westown’s counter fees, for example, are paid on the day.
John travels to a course and cannot get on. Another week, he finds a competition after entries close. See how the club’s published programme could help in both situations.
No. RoundUp focuses on discovering golf and organising communities. Normal club booking stays with Golf NZ / DotGolf when that is the club’s arrangement.
No. Joining a RoundUp group is separate from purchasing or confirming golf-club membership. Follow the club’s own membership process.
Check each event. Public visibility, group membership and event eligibility are separate. A course notice may be useful to you without offering any entry.
Yes. Read the start a group page for the setup process and how it fits beneath an organisation or club.
