RoundUp Golf

Get your club programme into RoundUp.

Start with your newsletter, weekly schedule and the sections you already run. We can help prepare a club page in RoundUp so your administrator can review it and take over.

This creates a home for your club within RoundUp.

Your existing club website and Golf NZ / DotGolf booking arrangements can continue. This request does not create a separate club website, register a domain or automatically claim the club.

What your club page can bring together

Club information and a starting programme

Help people understand the club and find its regular days, upcoming events and booking instructions.

Subgroups for your sections

Connect women’s golf, touring groups, juniors and coaching to the parent club while giving organisers appropriate responsibilities.

Course notices visible across groups

Show when the course is open, limited or unavailable. Visibility can inform other golfers without giving them entry to a restricted event.

Special events alongside regular days

Highlight dated exceptions and review any affected weekly sessions. Keep the usual programme clear without hiding a one-off closure.

Send what you already have

Prepare, confirm, hand over

  1. Send the assisted-setup form

No account is needed for the request. It is saved privately and emailed to clubs@roundupgolf.co.nz for the platform owner to review.

  2. Build the agreed starting page

The platform owner follows up on gaps and helps prepare the club information, sections and initial programme. Unconfirmed information remains clearly identified.

  3. Have the club review it

An authorised representative confirms times, fees, eligibility, venue restrictions and who should administer each section. A member can supply starting information without speaking on the club’s behalf.

  4. Arrange authorised administrator access

The incoming administrator uses their own account. The claim or role is verified and assigned through the normal process; submitting the form does not grant access.

  5. Take over ongoing updates

Check the club and subgroup controls together. Agree who reviews the calendar, resolves exceptions and maintains the next few weeks of activity.

Westown is the working example

RoundUp’s platform owner is a Westown member and is preparing its initial programme using familiar schedules and club information. The page is a starting point for the club’s future administrator to confirm and maintain, not a claim of official endorsement.

Common questions

What if our club is already listed?

Use the existing listing. An authorised representative can follow the club-claim process, or describe the listing in your setup request so it can be prepared without duplication.

Can I begin as a club member?

You can offer starting information and explain your connection, as with Westown. The club’s authorised representative still confirms the programme and who receives admin access.

Do we need to abandon our newsletter?

No. Use it as source information for a clearer, date-based programme. Keep schedules current in the app as the club confirms changes.

Will every visible event accept bookings?

No. Coaching and notices can be information only; restricted activities can remain members-only. Course availability and event entry are separate settings.
