RoundUp Golf
An organisation gives a wider network a shared home, with related groups and clear responsibilities for the people who run them.
Use this pathway for a network with several teams, locations or regular groups — for example a workplace golf network or a community association. If you are setting up a course-owning golf club and its sections, use the club setup pathway.

Give each group a clear purpose and administrator. Group organisers manage their own scope while the organisation administrator oversees the network.
Groups can arrange activities at different venues. Hosting an event does not give the organisation authority over the course itself.
Agree who maintains organisation information and who manages each group. Record handover responsibilities instead of sharing a single account.
Look for your organisation first. If it is already listed, ask for the right access rather than creating a second copy.
Sign in to RoundUp and use Get started. Alternatively, send an assisted-setup request with the structure you have in mind.
Confirm the organisation’s purpose, proposed administrator and initial groups. Resolve any overlap with an existing organisation.

No. The request is reviewed and access is assigned separately through the authorised process.
Each event uses the appropriate method: RoundUp registration, attendance, information only or an external provider. Normal course booking follows the venue’s arrangements.

Group and organisation requests require a RoundUp account. Sign in or create an account to continue to your chosen form. Club onboarding can be submitted without signing in.
