Use the form to send the information needed to prepare your club or organisation page.

What we collect and why

We collect the contact details and programme information you choose to provide, plus a request reference, submission date, review status and owner follow-up notes. RoundUp uses this information to discuss setup, prepare agreed content and arrange an authorised handover.

Who receives it

The request is stored in RoundUp’s private onboarding records and a notification containing the details is emailed to clubs@roundupgolf.co.nz. The Platform Owner reviews the request. The form does not itself publish your details or grant admin access.

Share only what is needed

Please do not include passwords, member lists, sensitive personal information or private information about children. If you name a future administrator, make sure you have permission to share their details.

Corrections and removal

Contact clubs@roundupgolf.co.nz with your request reference to ask about your information, correct it or request its removal.
