RoundUp Golf

Your programme, easier to find and maintain.

Bring your club days, sections and course notices together. Start with what you already know; we can help prepare the page before your administrator takes over.

One club, distinct sections

Women’s golf, touring groups, juniors and coaching can each have a subgroup and organiser, connected to the parent club.

A shared view of course availability

Let players in other groups see when the course is restricted, even when the event is members-only or information only.

Your established booking arrangements

Send normal club bookings to Golf NZ / DotGolf. Use attendance, information-only notices or RoundUp registrations when appropriate.

Regular days and dated exceptions

Publish the weekly programme and highlight special events that take priority. Review affected sessions with their organisers.

How assisted setup works

  1. Send your starting information. Club details, weekly programme, subgroups and booking arrangements.
  2. We prepare it with you. The platform owner reviews the request and follows up on gaps.
  3. Your representative checks it. Confirm times, fees, course restrictions and who manages each section.
  4. Your administrator takes over. Access is assigned through the usual approval process, with guides to help them maintain it.
Submitting a form does not automatically claim a club, publish its programme or grant administrator access.
